Terms of Service
The terms for using Bama Bound AI at bamaboundai.video.
Last updated: 2026-11-01
These terms govern your use of Bama Bound AI (“we”, “the service”) at bamaboundai.video. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.
The service
We turn a photo you upload into an AI-generated video of the Bama Bound meme: an 8-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p of the person in your photo in a sunny green field, holding a red I’M BAMA BOUND banner overhead, looking up, laughing and jumping, with an AI-made crowd cheer. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness or motion.
A video from the service is an AI-made joke. It is not an acceptance, an admission, a scholarship or a full ride from any school, and you must not present it as one.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and to buy credits. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, that everyone shown is 18 or older and is not a public figure, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited license to process your photos only to create, store and deliver your videos and to keep the service safe.
Your videos
Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow, for example with TikTok’s AI-generated label.
The crowd cheer in every video is AI-made for this site. Videos contain no music and no recording from the meme’s original post, and the banner carries no university logo. If you add a sound from TikTok or another platform when you post, that platform’s music rules apply.
Credits and payments
Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Safety and moderation
We automatically review photos and videos and may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it. When the check was wrong, support adds the credits back by hand.
Not affiliated
Bama Bound AI is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The University of Alabama, Bama Bound Orientation, TikTok, the meme’s original poster, or the makers of the AI models. Names are used only to describe the meme.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for 14 days, so download anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
