Acceptable Use Policy

Bama Bound AI makes one joke: a person under a red I’M BAMA BOUND banner. It is for fun videos of yourself, or of adults who agreed to be in them. By using the service you agree to these rules.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use the service and to buy credits.

Photos you may use

• A photo of yourself.
• A photo of an adult friend or family member who agreed to be in the video.
• One person per photo.

Before every video you confirm that everyone in your photo is 18 or older, is you or someone who agreed to be in it, and is not a public figure.

What you can’t make here

• Fake acceptances or scholarships. Don’t use a video to make or back up a fake acceptance letter, admission, scholarship or full ride, or to mislead anyone about one. A video from this site is an AI-made joke, not an acceptance, a scholarship or a full ride.
• Anyone who didn’t agree. No photos of people who haven’t agreed to be in the video, and no photos taken from other people’s posts, including the meme’s original post.
• Minors. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed, and nothing may show a minor in a sexual, violent or demeaning way.
• Public figures. No celebrities, athletes, coaches, politicians, influencers or other public figures, not even as a parody.
• University logos or branding. Don’t add a school’s logo, seal, mascot or other branding to a video, and don’t present a video as coming from a school. The banner in our videos carries no logo.
• Harassment or bullying. Nothing made to mock, shame, harass or bully a real person.
• Anything sexual, violent, hateful or illegal, and no impersonation, fraud, fake endorsements or misinformation.

How we enforce this

We check every uploaded photo and every finished video with automated safety filters. A photo that fails its check costs nothing. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost. If you think the check got it wrong, email us. When it did, support adds the credits back by hand.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

Posting your video

Turn on TikTok’s AI-generated label when you post, or the same label on any other platform. Don’t present a video as real footage or as a real acceptance.

Report a video

If you believe a video made here uses your likeness without permission or breaks these rules, email support@bamaboundai.video with a link or a description. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will remove videos we still host. Uploaded photos are deleted after 2 days, and finished videos after 14 days.
