Privacy Policy
How Bama Bound AI collects, uses and protects your data, including your photos.

What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and your name and profile image if you sign in with Google.
- Photos you submit: the photo you upload, used to make your video.
- Generated videos: the videos created for you.
- Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address, for security and rate limiting. We count visits with pvuv.ai, a privacy-friendly web analytics service (pages viewed, referrer, country and device type); we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
- First-visit source: a
first_touchcookie (90 days) and first-party cookies for UTM tags and the referring site record how you first found us (the source, campaign, referring site and first page), so we can tell which channels work. They are attached to your account when you sign up or start a checkout.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your videos, and to email you when one is ready.
- To run automated safety checks on photos and videos.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
- To improve the site, using our own aggregated records.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
- Video generation: your photo, our AI-made field scene and our AI-made crowd cheer are sent to our AI video provider, kie.ai, which runs a Seedance 2.0 video model, to make the video.
- Safety checks: photos and videos are checked by our moderation provider, SeeAPI.
- Hosting and storage: Cloudflare runs our servers and database, and stores uploads and finished videos in Cloudflare R2, which we serve to you through our site.
- Payments: Waffo, our merchant of record.
- Email: Resend sends our account emails and the email that tells you a video is ready.
- Analytics: pvuv.ai counts page views and visits so we can see which pages help people.
- Sign-in: Google, for “Sign in with Google” and the Google sign-in prompt. If you sign in with Google, it shares your name, email address and profile image with us.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 2 days, where our video and moderation providers fetch them through a short-lived private link, and are then deleted automatically. Our records keep only a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
- Generated videos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing support@bamaboundai.video. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
