How credits work
Packs add credits to your balance. One HD (720p) video uses 100 credits. Credits are only taken when a video starts, and they never expire.
Refunds
Failed videos are refunded to your credits automatically; a finished video that fails the safety check is not. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. Details are in the refund policy.
Which pack should I get?

How much does a Bama Bound AI video cost?
One 8-second HD (720p) video costs $7.99. Packs bring it down: $7.99 for 1 HD video, $22.99 for 5, $59.99 for 16, so $3.75 a video in the 16-video pack.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens if a video fails?
If a generation fails or times out, the credits go straight back to your balance. You do not need to ask. A finished video that fails the safety check keeps its credits.
Can I get my money back?
A pack you haven’t used any credits from can be refunded within 7 days. A finished video that is clearly broken is refunded as credits or money if you email us within 7 days.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so unused ones stay in your balance.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our merchant of record, Waffo, which also handles sales tax and receipts.
